Hello

We are Alan Parks and Lorna Penfold, we are originally from the south coast in Brighton.

Alan has always been in retail management and I (Lorna) used to be a dance teacher for many years. Following some health problems with Lorna we decided to have a complete life style change and we moved to the heart of Andalucia, Spain.

​

We lived for 15 years in an old renovated olive mill, totally off grid apart from a back up generator. We owned alpacas, dogs, barn cats and chickens and we had a fabulous adventure, however after covid we hadn't seen our families for two years and we decided maybe it was time to come home.

​

We found a little house in Mablethorpe online and well here we are! I must admit so many people tried to discourage us from taking over what is now PlayMablethorpe, we knew that at least anything went wrong here we all speak the same language!
